Ahi Poke

1 lb ahi (yellowfin tuna) or tuna fillet

 

1/2 C. soy sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

 

1/4 C. chopped onion

1/4 C. chopped green onions

 

1/2 C. chopped limu (seaweed)

1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger root


Cut fish into 1/2-inch cubes. In a bowl , combine fish with remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill before serving. Serves 6.
