Cajun Bayou Chicken

3-1/2 lbs. chicken pieces

1/4 cup hot pepper sauce

 

1/2 cup lime juice

3 Tbs. Cajun seasoning

large food storage bag (plastic)

Combine first 3 ingredients in plastic bag . Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken skin side down in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn chicken and bake another 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout.
