Crab Mold
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | 8 oz. cream cheese, softened | |
| 1 C. mayonnaise | 2 stalks celery, minced | |
| 4 green onion tops, minced | 1 package unflavored gelatin | |
| 2 Tbsp. water | 1 can king or snow crab | |
| dash of freshly ground pepper | dash of tabasco sauce | |
| Combine soup, cream cheese and mayonnaise and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Do not boil. Add celery and onion and mix well. Soften gelatin in water and add to mixture. Add crab, tabasco and pepper; chill until firm. Unmold and serve with crackers. | ||
