1 nectarine |

2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed |
1 tsp. dried mint flakes, crushed |

| Drain pineapple, reserving fruit. Remove cores from unpeeled apple and pear; pit nectarine; peel and pit papaya. Cut fruit into bite-sized chunks and mix together in a shallow dish. Mix reserved juice with remaining ingredients and pour over fruits. Stir to mix. Cover and put in refrigerator to chill for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with marinade. | ||
