Stuffed mushrooms Hawaiian style

1 tray mushrooms |
|
1 ring Portuguese sausage |
|
green onions |
|
mayonnaise |
|
string cheese |

| Dice up sausage and half of the stem. Cut small green onions and add Mayo. Mix altogether and stuff each mushroom. Cut the cheese into buttons and place on each mushroom. If mushroom is big you might want to put 2 or 3 buttons on it. Bake in 350 for about 20 min's. Serve hot. | ||
