In small bowl blend catsup, vinegar and horseradish; chill. Line 6 sherbet glasses with lettuce leaves and fill with shredded lettuce. Arrange about 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms atop center of each dish; chill. Just before serving, drizzle with cocktail sauce. |
