Mushroom Cocktail

1/3 C. catsup

 

In small bowl blend catsup, vinegar and horseradish; chill. Line 6 sherbet glasses with lettuce leaves and fill with shredded lettuce. Arrange about 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms atop center of each dish; chill. Just before serving, drizzle with cocktail sauce.

1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish

 

12 fresh medium mushrooms, sliced

 

1 1/2 C. shredded lettuce

 

1 Tbsp. vinegar
