Basic Poke
(pronounced "pok-eh")

2 lbs. firm fish fillets, cut into cubes

 

1/4 C. ogo, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

 

1 Tbsp. shoyu

1 Tbsp. oyster sauce

 

1 tsp. sesame seed, crushed

1/2 C. green onion, sliced

 

1/2 heaping tsp. Hawaiian salt

1/2 hot chili pepper

 

2 tsp. sesame oil

Combine all ingredients; mix well and allow flavors to blend for at least one
hour. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
