Christmas in Hawai'i: Crispy Potato Peel Pupus

Crispy Potato Peels

Take potato peelings (take care to peel them so you have nice, BIG peels if at all possible), toss them lightly in oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry them until brown and crispy. They're so yummy!

This was one of my favorite pupus when I was a kid.
