Wiki Wiki Salmon

1 (15 1/2oz.) can salmon

 

Remove bones from salmon and break into small pieces. Carefully mix in tomatoes, green onion, yellow onion, cilantro and water. Chill for several hours or over night. Just before serving, add crushed ice. Lay lettuce leaves in small bowl or on a small plate, and heap salmon on top. Serve with crackers.

3 medium tomatoes, diced

 

1/3 C. sliced green onion, tops included

 

1/2 C. chopped yellow onion

 

1 tsp. chopped cilantro (fresh)

 

2 Tbsp. water

 

3/4 C. crushed ice
