2 4 1/2oz. cans shrimp, drained and rinsed |

8 ozs. cream cheese |
1/2 C. sour cream |

1/4 C. mayonnaise |

1 C. cocktail sauce |
|
2 C. mozzarella cheese |

1 4-oz. can jalapeno peppers |

2 green onion tops, minced |

1 medium tomato, diced |
| Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until well-blended. Spread on a 12" plate. Spread cocktail sauce over cream cheese layer. Spread mozzarella on top of cocktail sauce. Combine shrimp, tomato, green onions and chopped jalapenos. Sprinkle over cheese layer and chill well. Serve with crackers or tortilla strips. | ||
